American Gun: The True Story of the AR-15 has been chosen as a finalist for a Los Angeles Times Book Prize. McWhirter and Elinson are honored to be finalists with the authors of these other important works. The authors plan to attend the Los Angeles Festival of Books on the weekend of April 20-21.
